Family owned and operated company so you pretty much communicate with every one at the company. The spirits and beer portfolio's are AMAZING and easy to impress restaurant/bar owners that know what they're doing. Gallo is very supportive and most of their sales people are professional and self motivated which provides a great deal of help to the rep. Team dynamic is fun and competitive and most managers are extremely understanding and always willing to help.
Cons
Most of higher management didn't understand that day to day job of the sales reps who are quite literally driving the business, increasing distribution and making the higher ups more money/look better. Unfortunately most of management were puppets or slaves to a different agenda so sometimes it felt like the sales reps were being thrown around in directions that didn't benefit them and their business.
