      Worst job ever - wouldn't recommend to my arch enemy - PD&E WET Employee Review

      Pros

      Looks cool from the outside. There are lots of neat capabilities in house that makes prototyping and building things easy.

      Cons

      Everything. Owner is abusive and blames everything including his poor decisions on engineering. Owner likes "trophy" hires from well known companies and then fires them for imaginary faults. Morale amongst employees is horrible and yet everyone is expected to smile and act like theit lives depend on working here.

      Pros

      Its a great experience working at WET. The management and the team together make the atmosphere here, in the company, very professional and pleasant. Everybody here is friendly, kind; they truly go above and beyond to help each other. I enjoy to be part of a company that creates breathtaking projects and quality work. Always proud to be here.

      Cons

      We sometimes can't keep up learning because lots of professional and creative people around us.
