      - good team environment (minus management)

      Cons

      - they don't pay you your bonus's and when you query that the amount is wrong they just avoid your calls - they never gave a pay rise in over 8 years - they don't value your employment and when I chose to leave they were rude, dismissive and on an exit interview blamed me.
