Pros

Great benefits, generous vacation and 401k match, flexible schedules, wonderful co-workers who really care about what they do, opportunities to learn, great overall mission

Cons

Lots of type A members who have completely taken over, lack of leadership at the top, little outside experience in executive team so it's like an echo chamber where outside perspectives are greatly needed but not welcome, board is micromanaging, overly complex procedures, low morale, endless meetings for no purpose, imbalanced workload in some departments, inconsistency/unfairness regarding which staff have to obey the rules, inability for most staff to make decisions or get anything done due to layers of red tape

Pros

Nothing, I had to write 5 words

Cons

WEF is a toxic work environment and upper leadership is incompetent. The turnover is extremely high and the HR department is a joke constantly lying creating a toxic workplace and culture. The pay is garbage and leadership is so disconnected from the staff they have no clue how to properly run this organization except into the ground. This place hires more contract help and consultants because they cannot attract or retain actual full-time employees.
