It’s a great job, calls aren’t too bad very few rude customers

The pay wasn’t good and the hours were very few barely getting 11 hours some weeks contracting through arise

Teamwork is great Functional team working together environment A lots of Project to work on

Cons

Management doesn't know what each is doing. Which creates issues and infighting within the team functions. Long hours due to on call rotation.
