New management is not concerned about employees Lots of internal changes taking place

There are very few pros to working at WD at this current point. Things have really changed over the last few years. I think the only real positive is if you work the second and the third shift and the managers aren't present to micromanage everything. i guess Mike, the CEO is a good guy and tries his best to navigate his way through the mess everyone els has made.

They have the worst management i have ever worked under. the previous management team as great but the current team sucks. they have no leadership skills and lack people skills as well. jonathan will disrespect you to you face and pretend like nothing happened.
