They offer decent benefits. The CEO is trying to change the culture for the better. Large layoffs are rare
Cons
This company has a very old school technology mentality. The office decor is depressing. The only way to get a raise is to come to them with a better offer (i.e. they do not do annual or performance based raises) and the firmware organization is dysfunctional in the EXTREME. There is zero process and resistance to change is epidemic.
