      Pros

      My team work culture was good, but few teams have bad work culture. Quality of work is bad, since software development is only internal, and at small scale. Work gets boring after a while.

      Cons

      Terrible retention policies. Try to negotiate terms, especially signing bonus has to be returned if you leave before 3 years, and since work is boring most of them leave before 3 years.
