Pros
Company seems to be headed in a positive direction despite the HDD market trending down. Upper management is easy to access. Bonus has been paying out well and the stock has taken off. Strong commitment to employee growth. New cafe is much better than the old that people were saying was bad.
Cons
Certain people have been here for a long time and the company culture reflects that mix of old and new mentalities. Long hours due to constant communication with Asia based employees.
