      Pros

      There is not too many good technical company in Orange county any more, WD is a relatively better than other companies, WD can afford a good base salary.

      Cons

      No stock option, no stock grant. Big insurance copay (over $150 a pay check), small 401k match takes 4 years to vest.

      Smart and hard working coworkers. Great exposure to technology. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn.

      High workload, but understandable due to the timing and project I was involved in.
