Pros
When looking at WCG, one should not just review the salary, but all the other perks. The benefits packages is phenomenal. Having worked at the company a while, I see that each year when benefits roll around WCG "eats" the changes in costs so that we don't have to pay more. This is a huge blessing. WCG also invests in their employees, truly wanting them to be happy in their current position or helping them find something else within any of their divisions. WCG is also very transparent when it comes to Business Development and earnings each quarter and at the end of the fiscal year. Bonuses and merit increases are given as well. They also hire people who want to learn and be a part of a team. They offer other perks like thank you gifts around the year and opportunities to allow folks to select gifts during the year. They also try to retain employees as much as they can.
Cons
WCG is still working to help employees find a good work-life balance. Folks who work there and want to work there must understand that this is a process, but it IS a goal and desire.
