You will get exposed to various technical things.Salary may be good. depending on experience,Company is within city limits..so no need to travel daily for long hours,If you know Tamil you are survive a bit..
Cons
Spending time in making ppts ..mostly corrections given by your bosses to satisfy their bosses in Europe.Projecting fake numbers just to satisfy some one at the top. Have no direction from anyone....should develop skills to survive politics..of course its everywhere...You will be tracked everyday ,every moment ..what you do....if you achieved a Goal say X..the next moment your goal will be changed to x+30.... and you will be rated only on x+30...and at the end of the day you will feel that you have not delivered.
