      Pros

      The culture and the people are great. It is a fun place to work with everyone pitching in to help each other.

      Cons

      Legacy software has caused stability problems leading to customer churn so money is tight for raises/perks. Hoping that it can get turned around before more customers leave. Layoffs in 2023 left a lot of gaps in knowledge in the organization and there aren't enough people to do the work.
