You can get away with murder. It’s quite laid back. Work interesting but so slow that you’ll spend most of the time in the canteen getting paid for it. Salaries are ok and average for the market.

Clamped down on overtime and bonuses since they went into administration, so ability to earn better has all but gone. That was the reason for being there.

Great people, solid heritage and standards from ICI and INEOS. Excellent safety culture.
