It's okay not the best and no company culture - Cybersecurity Vumetric Cybersecurity Employee Review

All of the managers are wonderful to work with and very friendly. The workplace is not stressful like it can be at other consulting companies. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and work on new types of projects. Projects that I worked on at Vumetric were more interesting and fun than similar projects at other companies. Vumetric is a smaller company which makes it easy to make large contributions to the team.

Project management was not as organized as other companies, but when I left they were working on that so it could be much better now. Reports are written in English and French depending on the client, occasionally I had to work on a report in French, but there are many French speaking employees available to help translate.

The work is challenging and rewarding, and the company truly values work-life balance. The leadership team is knowledgeable and approachable. Everyone works together to provide exceptional services to clients.

Not sure if this is a downside, but you have to constantly improve your craft and learn new skills to perform.
