      Pros

      Great place to work. Was there for many years and had a blast great people to work with on a dialy basis.

      Cons

      red tape sometimes gets in the way of being really productive. Commute was a bare and traveling seemed the norm

      Easy commute. Small company. Know their industry. Neat technology. Good engineers.

      Incompetent management. Do not value employees. You're only of value if you are party buddies with founders.
