Cons
- Very poor and incapable team leads in most of the teams( Except PM and PLM ). Team leads are so bad you never learn even a single thing from them.They are team leads because they are old employees of company. Zero leadership and knowledge sharing. And you will feel humiliated to listen to their advise and commands from them.You never be motivated to work with them(Especially Sales, Support and Implementation team).How its possible to listen advise and commands from a less knowledgeable person??? - More than 50% of team members observe all your energy and a bad influence towards growing better( They are primarily influenced by team leads) - Product is buggy, UX is bad and Poor product development( Bug is free with new features), Always developer is praised even though poor product development.
