Pros

Some people are nice to work with.

Cons

There is no consistency in communication from higher and middle management level. Growing firm hence lacks systems and processes. The strategy isn't clear and changes weekly, which can be REALLY frustrating. Dealing with management is deeply frustrating, as they put people with zero technical knowledge to manage areas where it would be important. Culture is not great either, it's a bit of a boys club. Almost no on-boarding plan or proper training. Terrible hiring process, they will ask you to do things that require technical skills never mentioned in the job description or interview. A company specializing in recruitment should know better.

Pros

Fast growing and innovative with a global scope.

Cons

Great for people that want to learn and make an impact. If you aren't comfortable with change then this may not be the right fit. Not always a lot of direction and best for those who are self directed and motivated.

Pros

Working at vsource is great because of the autonomy and agility of the company. It still feels very much like a start-up where everyone has ownership of what they do and the ability to change directions as necessary without too much of a process required to get things done.

Cons

In the US, everyone is remote/work-from-home so far (which I love), but can be a challenge if you need a lot of development or crave constant personal interaction with your colleagues.
