Pros

During my time at Vreasy, I was delighted to work in such a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment. I was given genuine responsibility and allowed to take ownership of projects while receiving appropriate support and guidance. I was sorry and indeed surprised to read some negative reviews on this site - I can only surmise that those wishing to be spoon fed or have a predictable working life would be dissatisfied. I would thoroughly recommend Vreasy to anyone seeking the opportunity to learn fast, acquire new skills, and have a lot of fun all the while.

Cons

The pay is a little lower than that which I would expect elsewhere, but I would personally rather take a slightly lower salary in exchange for the thrill of an inspiring and challenging working week. I was also very disappointed that I had to leave Vreasy at very short notice due to a road accident. I would have loved to stay longer! In passing, the response from everyone at the company to this accident was completely overwhelming - the outpouring of kindness and support is truly a testament to this outstanding workplace.

Pros

- Lots of very talented coworkers and great chance to learn from a very skilled team. - Employees are dedicated and always aware of new methods and software development and they have the experience to evaluate the best technology for the company. - Close to the beach and a nice area in general to work in. - Work hard and play hard. Employees know when to blow off steam and how to do it best. - This place is great to work in if you know what you are doing or if you are willing to learn from the talented people around you and put in the hours needed.

Cons

- At times it was difficult to pinpoint who had most recent and specific knowledge for particular areas in the system. - Priorities could change within a short period of time. Employees must be ready for changes often.
