      - can hone your skills at defrauding people - learn how to be indifferent to customers when they are stressed out and at wits end because you will not help them - learn how a business can set itself up to be totally unaccountable and exacpe liability

      Cons

      - deal with endless complaints and problems - harsh and unfriendly atmosphere, full of scammers

      Pros

      HomeAway technology stack has come a long way. One of the most appealing things about working here is the fact that you get to work with cutting edge technology. In addition, the engineering team are super smart, so working here is a great networking opportunity too.

      Cons

      Company is getting pretty big, and if you end up on the wrong team, you may find it that it is difficult for you to be impactful.

Our Data Science and Engineering teams are so important to the success of HomeAway. You’re right though, we are growing rapidly.
