I have read some of the negative reviews here and a number of them point out that a lot is expected of you here... that's 100% true. This company takes stretch goals to the extreme but you don't change the world as fast as we have by doing the same thing everyone else does. This company epitomizes, the phase "the only easy day was yesterday". It will push you to your limits and then ask for more... that's not for everybody, in fact it's not for most people, but if you are a 1%er who knows that you work smarter and harder than 99% of the people you have ever worked with, you will find yourself amongst equals here. If this con scares you and makes you second guess wanting to work here it probably not for you, but if you read this and see if as a challenge we will welcome you with open arms.
