Pros
The quality and difficulty of projects that comes to our team is high so it give good exposure and challange to work on the projects. If your logic is good and technical base is strong then seniors also provide good guidance. I am working for more than 1 year and still learning new things by working on more complex projects day by day.
Cons
Company take projects on new technologies in the market like blockchain, of if the project include latest technology like angular 5 then we have to mostly learn many things ourself by reading documentation, video tutorials, online courses etc. But the IT Manager also helps a lot in this process.
