      - Ownership over your work. - Flexibiliy. - Super Talented crew of people. - They truly care about your career goals and want to help you become better.

      Cons

      - Team members all over the world so co-ordinating overlapping hours requires a bit of compromise for proper communication. Not that big of an issue really, as everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
