Pros
Remote work is still a thing, benefits are on par with the rest of London's job market and not too many lay-offs, if that can be considered a pro.
Cons
Yet another textbook corporation granting unlimited discretionary time off, without the actual intention of ever approving extra days when employees actually needs them, regardless of how many times in the past someone took less time off during high profile migration projects and busy periods. Yearly pay rises have been under the inflation for several years and now, long-time employees are being forced to move out of London as it has become unaffordable. A company with "integrity" as its core values, pretending to give such benefits just so they can get away ignoring European employment regulations and employee's rights is really disgraceful.
