Pros
There are some really nice people/teammates! I appreciated that it wasn't a slimy sales organization. Very honest with customers on what they do/sell! Enjoyed working with Ryan and Bryce, they were great with my groups on-boarding and training!
Cons
To be clear, the "sales consultant" and "sales consultant in training" are door to door sales jobs. I was hired under the impression my job was one thing in the interview and after being hired it was much different than he told me it would be. Pay for the majority of employees is commission or a very tiny base pay plus commission. They do not pay market wages and they changed the pay structure without the choice of what I was told I would make vs the new plan. Also, there are different sales members on different pay "plans". The job was also not in the city that was posted on the job posting. Unrealistic expectations and not always honest with employees or make empty promises. Some leaders talk down to you and believe that they shouldn't have to provide you with all the tools necessary to do your job but that if you want to work for them you'll make the sacrifice when you can work for other companies that will provide those things and real benefits for you.
