Pros
You have a lot to learn due to the very big load of work.There are many projects in which you can be involved so if you're inexperienced it's realy ok,but the work load is very high.
Cons
A lot of work to be done yesterday if you can,a lot and lot of stress,middle upper management is very narrow-minded,salary and compensations are low compared with other companies in the same field considering management requirements.
