- One of the best intra-company culture & environment I have heard of among Egyptian Employers. - Compensation packages are fairly attractive. - Clear rules to be followed by everyone. - Exposure to highly competitive business. - Relatively good business practices.
Cons
- Some of the employees-related policies need to be reviewed. - Shift-based jobs at Vodafone Egypt leave so little time for any kind of personal life. - Some very good talents are being overlooked and misplaced. - At times, the focus on the quality of service becomes quantitative rather than qualitative.
