Pros

Sometimes you get a free lunch?

Cons

Don't buy the five-star reviews. Management will pressure you into leaving a positive review to hide the fact that this company has low pay, abysmal turnover, and a stifling and toxic culture.

Vizzion Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. My name is Sydney and I’m the HR Manager at Vizzion. Our goal is to give our team members the best work experience they’ve ever had, and the best opportunity to succeed. At Vizzion, we believe we have a strong company culture, with common feedback of ‘great people to work with’, as well as ‘enjoyable social events and team building’. We encourage our employees to share their experiences - it is never intended that employees should feel pressured to write a review. We assess our employees regularly and continually observe performance, which may be rewarded. We regularly monitor market standards and try our best to match. As for turnover, while ours is less than half the software industry average, of course we’d always like it to be lower and actively look for ways to do so. While our turnover rate was affected by the COVID situation, we have managed to overcome that with our purposeful intentions to honour our human capital. We are a company who is invested in building a strong team, and provide support and mentorship to those who need it. We also encourage interaction – both in and outside of the workplace – through monthly social events and team building sessions, and give employees the chance to develop and share their knowledge through our lunch and Learn series. As of 2023, not only have we decreased our turnover rate, we are proud to have the lowest rate since 2016. If you would like to, I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. You can reach me by emailing careers@vizzion.com. I look forward to hearing from you. In the meantime, good luck with your job search.
