Pros
it was a good company when I first joined, but now it is not. I enjoyed my original team with great leadership, but multiple reorgs changed my team around.
Cons
There are plenty of cons. This is from my experience mostly; • Terrible executives. Only use buzzwords to "build the future of the company" but have no tangible plan for change. They avoid criticism and do not address tough questions from employees. • career progression can difficult from what I heard. Granted, I was not here long enough to fully experience that. Lack of open remote jobs EXCEPT for upper management. • Abrupt hybrid schedule change. • Broken promises from when I first joined. • Multiple team changes. Not necessarily a bad thing, but my experience was with the new team. Lack of help, direction, or respect. • Layoffs. This was poorly executed. Seemed like Byron did not care for the leaving staff. Insanely talented employees with incredible experience were cut. "SMART growth" means new openings will be coming next year yet they cut talent to increase their bottom line at the end of the year... Just bad decisions and lack of accountability. "Be BOLD, but only if it aligns with our ever-changing restructures every 6 months."
