Pros
At a time of growth: there is some serious talented tech, awesome office culture and exciting products. The people here are very bright, fast and proficient at what they do. They have to be, our clients are huge and they depend on our product to connect with their customers. The tendency for rapid learning, collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas is very exciting. On top of that they are also extremely fun to work with... epic nerf battles, happy hours, free lunch fridays, Vixlet University classes and just really good quality humor. Management does a great job of listening to the team for input about the product and even team morale. Plus, working in downtown LA is very cool.

Uh, just the usual 'growing pains'. Nothing that the team can't handle.
