Hard to think of any really, Some good people who are passionate about the industry sector, however most people are working ineffectively due to rookie leadership.
Cons
Emotionally driven CEO level decisions that appear to be driven by personal aims/perceived slights. Leadership team of direct reports are inexperienced and its shows. Cult of personality has taken priority over pragmatic and professional business management. Huge turnover and redundancies.
