Pros

Fantastic company culture. Growing company in an up-next field, very fulfilling work. Compensation is great and Utah turned out to be an awesome place to live. We were placed in apartments in downtown Salt Lake City and commuted to work by a short train ride. Awesome summer internship that I would definitely recommend to anybody looking into business strategy or innovation at a tech company.

Cons

Work was a little slow in the beginning, but once they sorted out who fit where, it became much more engaging. Sometimes the commute could be annoying since we had to work by the train schedule, but the scenery on the way was great and you could just sleep on the train otherwise.

Pros

Great sales experience, my first year I knew nothing coming in and management helped me make 60k my first summer. The following summer I made 100k.

Cons

Away from home a lot, if you have kids or a wife traveling and moving can be tough.

Pros

There is free lunch on site, which is usually just a hamburger, or some sort of shredded meat on rice and beans.

Cons

There is increasing amounts of corporate red tape personal biases which have killed the innovative culture. Getting things like a half decent computer are near impossible. There is more and more pressure to take quality shortcuts in order to make cheaper devices to hawk to customers.
