      High yearly salary increase for the finance team. Job security. Other employees benefits for vacations, retirement.

      Cons

      No career mobility, very rare. Almost all the team stay at the same position for years>5years. Loyalty is keep with salary raise but not knowledge gain.

      Pros

      I worked at Dailymotion before/during their acquisition by Vivendi. Great company culture and benefits, and a brilliant team. Loved my time there.

      Cons

      Truly loved my role here, but ultimately decided to move forward in my career.
