Pros
Salary is usually credited on the 5th of the month. Occasionally, it gets delayed and is credited between the 6th and 10th.
Cons
• Very poor system infrastructure: I was provided with an i5 3rd-generation system with only 8 GB RAM. Opening ~15 Chrome tabs and 2–3 VS Code windows causes the system to hang badly, making work impossible. I requested a system upgrade more than 10 times, but nothing changed—only verbal assurances were given. • No basic meeting equipment: There are around 70+ employees, but only 20–25 headphones and webcams available. For meetings, I often had to search for or borrow someone else’s headphones, which is very unprofessional. • AC frequently not working: The air conditioning often does not function properly, making the office extremely uncomfortable, especially during hot days. • Extremely poor washroom conditions: There is only one toilet for men and one for women. In the men’s toilet, water is often unavailable, the jet spray frequently does not work, and toilets have overflowed multiple times, causing gutter water to come out onto the toilet floor. Due to this, employees are sometimes forced to use public toilets at Iscon Cross Road. • Drinking water shortages: Drinking water usually finishes by around 3 PM. Even after repeated reminders, it is not refilled the same day and generally comes the next day. I personally had to order drinking water via Blinkit more than once. • No proper lunch or dining area: There is no designated place to sit and eat lunch. During lunch hours, employees are expected to sit on the floor using newspapers, similar to daily wage workers. This is unhygienic, uncomfortable, and very demotivating for a professional workplace. • No action on repeated complaints: Issues are acknowledged verbally but rarely resolved. There is a clear lack of follow-through. • Important for interview candidates: If you are planning to join and are coming for an interview at the company premises, I strongly recommend checking the toilet condition, jet spray availability, drinking water, meeting equipment (headphones/webcams), and the system configuration provided. Seeing these things yourself will clearly confirm whether the points mentioned in this review are accurate.
