- Warehouse Workers (Operations, Production, etc) get paid nothing comparatively to "C-Suite" (Corporate Executives at a startup????) - (160k+ on their website) - Management WILL fire you if they do not like you. Previous employees were fired for likeability among a VERY select inner circle, even if you're an overperformer. - Every major action in the company is a reaction to something. - Becoming more of a typical "We're a family" company instead of a fun company. It was fun in the past, however, they hired on a large amount of previously corporatized directors and now have the same atmosphere as Trafera. - In trying to be less like Trafera, they became exactly like them. - You will do more work than what you signed up for. Job Roles and Responsibilities are vastly outdated and you will be given out-of-role responsibilities in order to hire less people. - Team Leads are ignored if you're not friends with someone in the Director-Level. - Offer Fair Wages - otherwise you'll have a unionization on your hands with the way you treat the common worker. - Typical "We care about our workers" façade when in reality they'll think providing sparkling water is more than you deserve.
