Great and knowledgable people, especially in tech Cutting-edge tools constantly in use Great learning opportunities, with people eager to help Fast-paced and interesting work, keeps you on your toes in a pleasant way Office space is very well made
Cons
Lack of organisation Sometimes goals and projects are fuzzy and easily subject to scope change/scope creep/cancellation when already having work put in them Time pressure which could have been avoided with better organisation Lack of transparency in areas such as bonuses and stock options No ability to work from home No objective criteria for performance evaluations, though personally I have been treated very fairly by my managers
