- Requirements always change without document remark - Manager level don’t have the sense of product and don’t have enough professional skill and they don’t respect your professional technical skills. - Manager level have less manage skill and terrible micro-management - Poor medical allowance - Poor benefit (even no free Viu member account) - Terrible work over time culture (Your manager will text you after work or during weekends for work) - People here works like a machine. All decision are made by upper level, you can just follow the direction even it is not make sense. Your opinions won’t be accepted - People are playing office policy - Many redundant employees are here. They mention this or that is not my dity all the time but actually it is their duty. - Low resource. not enough software support.
