-Interesting projects, very niche industry to learn from.
Cons
-No work-life balance. -Not a family-friendly company. Not good for those with young families, with little ones or planning. Particularly unsupportive in this area. -Work environment is a micro-managing style. Little trust from top to bottom even with hard-working, reliable employees. -Not a lot of opportunities for employee growth and movement in the company.
