      Pros

      Able to work on your own without micromanagement.

      Cons

      Director has no leadership or guidance. Has habit calling employees when that person is on vacation late in the evenimg. Does not meet with his staff on regular basis. Does not take the time to know employees to understand that person's talents or goals. Nice guy but terrible leader.
