      Great culture and opportunities for a growing fintech, however that varies according to the department/team you are in.

      Cons

      As the company grows, from being a fast changing startup it is leaning towards a more corporate mindset, which can mean that change can be slow

      Great product-market fit and solves for a critical industry need. Opportunity to create a dominant industry standard with significant global scale & profitability.

      Cons

      Lots of work to do on product to meet potential and fully exploit the market opportunity. Slow sales pipeline and long onboarding times hamper growth. More support needed to ensure full customer adoption of product post implementation.
