An overall toxic, personality-led culture which is being window-dressed for the regulators. Complete lack of support for staff and their development and few routes to advancement unless you demonstrate complete loyalty to the senior management. Management is dictatorial, top-down and only concerned with the bottom line and has a really troubling lack of ethics or values for a business of this kind (as an example the only reaction to negative reviews on a site such as this would be to counter them with numerous artificially positive ones to get the score up rather than addressing the points raised). Turnover is through the roof, which is deliberate - any staff issues or concerns are dealt with by terminating employment.
