      Lots of hands on experience Variety of projects Career advacement Competative Compensation and Benefits Nice Office Location

      Acerbic tones and daily interactions amongst staff Work-Life Balance is poor due to lack of proper project management and communication Verbally abusive and overall unhappy work environment Lack of adequate job training means you are always setup to fail Most Sr. Staff are good designers, but not good managers Teamwork only exists until the "s" hits the fan - once that happens, you'll be left to twist in the wind Micromanagement Lack of trust in employees by employer

      Pros

      New office space with air conditioning and ample parking

      Cons

      Poor communication on intent and expectation. Management technique lacking direction and project management expertise.

      Pros

      - interesting projects - half day Fridays - comped lunch and dinner if you're expected to be working all day and night

      Cons

      - lack of support from coworkers and upper management - little to no training provided - low pay - poor time / project management (lots of late nights) - generally disorganized, especially closer to "scramble" times to comply with deadlines (see above) - (most importantly:) CEO has anger management problems that cause a tense/toxic environment, especially during said crunch times
