Pros

Company benefits, and unlimited time off, company 401K matching with immediate vesting, and low cost premium health coverage with HSA contributions from employer. "Most" of the team is amazing to work with, and great.

Cons

Company says they welcome questions, and open-minded to ideas; however my experience and from what I have seen and heard was this isn't the case. It's more of a keep your head down, don't be honest on the culture amp surveys, and do as your told without question. It's public knowledge within the organization that there are people in leadership positions that shouldn't be there. Those leaders are quickly to blame others for their own mistakes and even quicker to write up, or let go people. It amazed me how many times they wanted me to fire people or right them up for a little mistake, but I wasn't willing. Also, don't speak up to anything because you'll be chastised. I've been told from different people that you can't trust certain people, and that if you're not in the "in crowd" then good luck. Seems to be some nepotism as well.
