Pros
Great coworkers with a fun sense of humor--very necessary in this field. I never hesitated to ask for help because everyone was all very willing and kind in helping each other. You learn a lot from having more roles in a smaller company versus a larger one-got trained to learn troubleshooting and reconfiguring tablets as well! And you definitely learn how to be a saint with the customers.
Cons
It's a pretty stressful job that requires a lot of patience. Our customer demographics were usually seniors or lower-income, so it was sometimes hard to understand what they are trying to say. We were also working with newer products, so we were getting lots of unforeseen issues as well as the ambiguous questions. Some customers can also be really aggressive and impatient, so it can sometimes be hard to have an efficient call.
