The interaction between co-workers is excellent. I've formed some solid personal and professional relationships here. Management has made intentional efforts to become more transparent and they're working. Good pay, very good benefits. They make an effort to create a positive workplace experience.

Our client base has been a bit narrow in the past, but we are in the process of broadening our marketing and focusing on some new opportunities. Results thus far have been positive.

Great work environment and friendly.

From my point of view, no ladder to move up. Experience and education are not being considered in placement. Working hard and being good at what you are doing does not promote a better career.
