Worst management I’ve ever seen - Community Health Worker Vista Community Clinic Employee Review

The management at Vcc is the poorest excuse of a B suite I have ever encountered (except for a few individuals who truly cared for their team and patients) consistently did they make the employees work life worse by adding unnecessary stress to our work load with constant changes to rules, procedures, and workflows that would have no explanation whatsoever, only to then be reverted when their new procedures failed. That wasn’t even the worst part.. Management will micro manage you down to the minute going as far as tracking your 10 min breaks and being stringent on policies that they themselves don’t follow. The favoritism seen at Vcc is apparent and like no other, many of the employees are aware of this and a sentiment is shared that it will never change. Many of the people in positions of management at vcc are picked due to favoritism and it’s quite blatant when the managers simply don’t know how to do their job and delegate almost every one of their tasks to employees who already have a high work load so they can sit in their office click send and take the credit for all the hard work their employees are doing. The favoritism at vcc has made the environment so toxic to where employees feel they can only grow at vcc by throwing their fellow coworkers under the bus. This paired with constant gossiping from said B suite made this job feel everyday as if I was walking into high school. There is so much potential at vcc and in the community health department which makes this even more frustrating when they have a competent chief community health officer but (mostly) incompetent directors and managers who simply need to be replaced
