      Pros

      Carer Centric, The feeling of being Valued and listened too. Great Team work. The feeling of being part of a work family. Everyone helps each other. Management is very approachable. We all have the motivation for our Values and missions. Never a dull moment. No two days are the same, We all help each other especially in our low times. It's nice to be in a Company who have the same work ethic as myself and have the love and compassion not just for our Clients but for each other.

      Travel pay could be more realistic.

      The owners really look out for their staff and try to find a schedule that works for them , with clients they suit best . The quality of care for clients is outstanding and everyone is working towards a common goal

      Pros

      Caring team and management. Very friendly ,always there to support me . First ever ,working for a care company ,I feel really looked after. Clients are lovely and also cared for to a high standard , wouldn’t want to work anywhere else now . Absolutely brilliant.
