Head office is too involved in stores day to day process, and this wasn't the case 8 months ago. When a new company president was hired he took it upon himself to micromanage every GM without knowing the cultures of the different locations.
Extremely long holiday hours and no overtime. Extremely competitive sales practice which scares customers away.
"Competitive" pricing which leads to sales staff to make nothing in commission due to constant discounting that is enforced.
Online sales through the website taking sales from actual sales staff on the floor. Different discounts online which take away from the sales staff.
Too focused on just making any sale, and severely raising extended warranty prices and still expecting sales staff to be able to hit a goal when a 5 yr warranty on a 85" tv is approximately 839.99 which is actually one a 4 year warranty as the first year of manufacture is counted.
