Poor HR - Anonymous employee Visionet Systems Employee Review

HR is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. It has deteriorated in the last one year and keep going downhill with incompetencies and poor policy structure. This company is not for serious professionals. They operate like a typical mom-n-pop culture. Avoid if you even have to compromise on financials and benefits.
