Clinical staff and admin staff are great.

Management/doctors expect the world and then the reward is more work. Hours are so varied and you're just expected to stay back if surgery/consultations are running late. They don't want to pay overtime so you get time in lieu and then act like they are sooo generous for letting you leave early. Will not hire enough staff and then when things aren't done in a timely manner it's the staff fault for not working hard enough or not managing their time correctly. Partner doctors can do what they like, treat people however they want and there is nothing done about it.

Other staff, patients and doctors, very interesting job.

Management that doesn't care about patient outcome , so long as the dollars are coming in to line their pockets.
